What we do
Depending on your specifications and budget, From The Ground Up can be on your site anywhere from 1 to 30 or more times during the construction of your new home.

Inspections may be scheduled for critical times in the construction process - before new work covers up work already done. For example, plumbing and electrical are inspected before the drywall goes on. We can customize a monitoring pacakge to fit your needs.

Our highly qualified staff performs the inspections. We've done the work so we know where to look for potential and problem areas.

Within 48 hours after each inspection, you will receive a written report detailing the progress of construction as well as any areas of concern. If you decide, your builder will receive an identical copy of the report.

Periodically during the construction process, we'll take you on a walk-through, providing feedback and showing you what we have identified in our reports.

With regular inspections and detailed reports, you will always be aware of the progress of your New Home and any quality and craftsmanship issues that need attention.
